Our Regular Small Group Classes

Mondays: 4:00 pm, 5:15 pm

Tuesdays: 6:45 am, 8:00 am, 9:00 am

Wednesdays: 4:00 pm

Thursdays: 8:00 am, 9:00 am

Fridays: 6:45 am*, 9:00 am, 3:00 pm

Saturdays: 8:00 am

Minimum of 2, maximum of 7 clients per class.

Stronger Moves:
Our Clinical Small Group Classes

Our Intense Small Group Classes

Thursdays: 8:00 am, 9:00 am

Minimum of 2, maximum of 7 clients per class.

Stretchy Moves:
Our Fliexibility Small Group Classes

Fridays: 8:00 am

Minimum of 2, maximum of 7 clients per class.

Casual Class, $38
10 Class Pack, $320

Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid a cancellation fee.

Clinical 1 on 1 classes are offered to NDIS participants.


Private classes are also available via appointment. $90 for a single appointment or 3 for $255
