Pilates the excellent exercise choice

When you compress a joint, like bend your knee into your chest, or pull your fist to your arm pit, the fluid that lubricates the joint is squeezed out…and when you stretch that leg or arm out - straighten it again, the lubricating fluid is drawn back in, which nourishes the joint.
