Pilates the excellent exercise choice

Did you know that Pilates is a gymnastic based exercise? Its meant to have full range joint movement and get your heart rate up, and there maybe a bit of sweat involved.
When you compress a joint, like bend your knee into your chest, or pull your fist to your arm pit, the fluid that lubricates the joint is squeezed out…and when you stretch that leg or arm out - straighten it again, the lubricating fluid is drawn back in, which nourishes the joint. Its the same for every joint. By moving each part of you in a greater range of movement, each joint is nourished.
In Pilates, there are so many ways of doing this, and the equipment is fantastic at facilitating this.
