Katrina and Amanda are hoping to walk the Heart Foundation’s Coast Trek at the end of July. 30kms from Mudjimba to Noosa. (We sure hope our transport home is waiting for us! haha)

Stretching, both hard work and delicious at the same time?? Well, maybe not at the same time. It does work your joints in a big a range of movement, and adds load. The mild discomfort of the stretch feels so good when finished.
The American College of Sports Medicine recommends flexibility exercises 2 - 3 days of every week, at least. Daily would be optimal. Start with 30 secs, but increase gradually to 30 - 60 secs.
