WELCOME TO MOVE TO BALANCE PILATES.

Joining any new class will be a change and can be daunting, so here are some tips on what to expect to make your introduction as smooth as possible. We want you to enjoy your class!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO PILATES?

Wear comfortable active-wear type clothing that allows you to move freely. Tights, shorts, T-shirts and singlets are all okay.
Shoes are usually not worn during the class, and grip socks are a must. Socks with grips are available for purchase for $16 at the studio, but also available at pharmacies, active wear outlets and trampolining venues if you want to bring your own.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO PILATES?

A water bottle, socks with grips underneath, and a small towel for perspiration is recommended.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Let yourself in a few minutes before your scheduled class time. Maintain social distancing on entry, use the hand sanitiser gel, and your instructor will direct you to your place for that class.

WHY IS THERE A 24HR CANCELLATION POLICY?

24 hrs gives us planning time with you in mind, including physical considerations, position in the room, and the type of equipment. We endeavour to give each client a workout that is enjoyable and increases strength.
