Why we run small group classes
People do better in small groups - learn better, move better, laugh better. You will relax into the group, cheer others on, be cheered on and achieve more than you thought you could. Our classes will get you moving, get you stronger, and increase your stamina.
Tick off your daily and weekly exercise goals: 150 min a week of cardio, 2 - 3 resistance sessions. Our classes get your heart rate up - at your level, and add load and resistance - at your level. The more you come, the more you can do that little bit more - better moves, increased flexibility, increased stamina.
